RUSD Announcement

Good Morning,

The Riverbank Unified School District would like to welcome all our students back from spring break. We look forward to the remaining weeks of this school year.  Last night, the District received a threat from an unknown source. We take all threats seriously and are working with law enforcement to evaluate the threat and to ensure the safety of all of our students and staff.  We remind all students, parents and members of the community to report anything suspicious or unusual to school officials or law enforcement. Again, we consider our schools to be safe for students and staff AND we thank you for allowing us to work with students each day. We look forward to having a great last seven weeks of this school year.

This morning, I’ve confirmed that other school districts in our county received the same threatening message.

There will be an increase in police presence in the morning around our campuses.

Cordially,

Daryl F. Camp, Ed.D.

Superintendent

Gracias
