Education Services

Welcome to the Riverbank Unified School District Education Services Department

The Riverbank Unified School District Department of Educational Services is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences that support the academic achievement, personal growth, leadership, and future success of every student. Guided by our district values, we strive to Lead, Empathize, Nurture, and Serve through the opportunities and supports we provide for all learners.

We believe every student deserves to be known, supported, challenged, and empowered to discover their strengths. Through high-quality curriculum and instruction, meaningful assessment, professional learning, and targeted supports, we work alongside our schools and families to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences from TK through graduation.

Our district-wide initiatives help create a connected experience for Riverbank students:

Leader in Me ®  (TK–8)
Developing student leadership, belonging, goal setting, and personal responsibility through a shared language of leadership and the 7 Habits.

R.A.M.E. (TK–12 Multilingual Pathway)
Creating a connected multilingual pathway that celebrates language and culture while developing multilingualism, biliteracy, and cultural competence.

AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) (6–12)
Building the academic skills, confidence, and habits students need to successfully pursue college, career, and postsecondary opportunities.

At the heart of our work is a commitment to Nurture the potential of every learner, Empathize with the needs and experiences of others, Serve our students, families, staff, and community, and Lead with purpose.

Together, we are preparing Riverbank students to be confident learners, critical thinkers, effective communicators, compassionate leaders, and contributing members of their communities.
